Masks Optional at Westside
The Westside UU Board voted to rescind the rule for mandatory masking at their June 2022 meeting. The decision was informed by current publicly available statistics from multiple sources including the CDC.
This vote means the masking is optional at church. Masks will continue to be made available, and anyone who wishes to wear a mask is welcome to do so. Should there be a significant change in public safety conditions, this guideline may change. And please keep in mind that if you are not comfortable attending church in person, the Sunday services are livestreamed on our Facebook page and will be posted to the WUUC YouTube channel in the week after the service.
